A Deed Restricted Community

HOMEOWNERS MEETINGS: Are held quarterly in the months of March, June, September and December on the third Thursday of the month. Due to a recent change in the by laws these dates may be changed by the Board of Directors. (the impetus for change was to allow meetings to be scheduled around holidays and other times that may preclude homeowners from attending)

BOARD MEETINGS: Are held the first Monday of each month.

SPECIAL MEETINGS: May be called by the Board of Directors or by written request of 35 eligible homeowners (one per home).

SPECIAL EVENTS: May be held at any time at the discretion of the Board of Directors. Example: Holiday egg hunt, Summer barbecues, any and all events sanctioned by the Homeowners Association and primarily for all homeowners and residents as a social function.
