A Deed Restricted Community

The Board is made up of 9 homeowners who are elected by the homeowners. (one vote per home) The Board consists of six officers and three directors. The positions are titled as follows; President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Financial Secretary and three directors. The duties of the individual board members are outlined in our documents and are too lengthy to describe here. Board members are elected in the month of January at a special Homeowners meeting for that purpose. A nominating committee is appointed in December for the purpose of the election. At that time anyone interested in becoming a board member is to make themselves known to the board.

The general duty of the Board of Directors is to oversee all aspects of this community. We are a deed restricted community, but we are not a 55 or older community! The Board has a fiduciary duty to uphold the deed restrictions of the community, collect and disseminate all funds, maintain the common grounds and generally provide for the well being of the community as described in our documents and do this in a responsible and trustworthy manner.

The current Board Members are;
Mary Jo Taylor, Vincent Sciabica, Fred Godik, Maddie Mure, Jack Williamson, Madeline Mure, Ted Lecomte, Joann Cuozzo, Jack Williamson, Lori Colazzo and Josephine Bruck.

Board meetings are held on the first Monday of the month.
