A Deed Restricted Community There are two types of assessments in Westwood 21. The first is the basic assessment for mandatory participation under the Deed Restrictions for maintenance of the common areas. This includes the Clubhouse, Swimming Pool, and Common Grounds of our community. This fee is $47.00 per month per household. The second assessment is for participation in the maintenance services (see Home Page), and this varies according to the size of the home. The fees are due on the first of each month, with a 10 day grace period. Late fees shall incur after the 10th of the month. Each year the Board of Directors presents an Annual Budget for the community and it is presented at a General Homeowner's Meeting.
